Dollar General Literacy Foundation Youth Literacy Grants

Deadline: April 2, 2026 (by 5:00 p.m. CST)
Funder: Dollar General Literacy Foundation
Award: Up to $5,000
Eligibility: Schools, public libraries, and nonprofit organizations that support K-12 literacy efforts and are located within 15 miles of a Dollar General store or distribution center.

Grant funds may be used for:

• implementing new or expanding existing literacy programs
• purchasing new technology or equipment to support literacy initiatives
• purchasing books, materials, or software for literacy programs
